Our Flooring Design Specialist (“FDS”) will work closely with you to determine your needs, answer your questions about products & services and recommend the right flooring solutions perfect for your requirement. The objective of our FDS is to provide advice that makes the customer comfortable and confident in their final choice.

Our specialized services include:

• Assisting clients in selecting the right flooring solution, providing accurate information on product features, pricing and after-sales service.
• Explaining the steps and products needed to complete projects while highlighting the features and benefits of the merchandise.
• Measuring the project by performing onsite measurements and providing accurate and clearly detailed quotations.
• Communicating with internal management and external sources, ensuring project deadlines are met and installers are prepared.
• Successfully handling any potential concerns which may arise and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
• Creating an overall standardization of procedures which encompasses all the steps from project start to completion.
• Identifying specific opportunities and/or challenges, developing strategic steps and implementing effective solutions with proper communication to management.
• Communicating with clarity and clear articulation to both the client and internal team.
• Researching material requirements (finish goods, trims, accessories and installation methods).
• Completing final cost estimates, incorporating all labour, equipment & material data and pricing documentation.
